Simple, quick, and it works!
Quite simply, this app helps you get the job done with no gimics. I normally do serious workouts 4-5 days a week, but I do other calesthentics at home on the daily. This app solves the part of the challenge in doing ab exercises.
My use of this app goes something like this: Five or 6 days a week, I go to my den and lie down with my Mac next to me and this app opened. Press Start Complete Workout. Follow the order of exercises until fully completed. Done! Five minutes. Could not be any more simple. If youre looking for a way to work on your stomach in the comfort of your home in only minutes a day, this app will satisfy that need.
Adding use a pause feature would make this app even better. Allow a couple extra seconds inbetween exercises wouldnt be bad either.
Still, this gets 5 starts for keeping it short and sweet without any hassle.
