great end to my daily run!

I love this ab workout... its simple yet ab working! Love the updates as well; time choices allow for personal convenience. Yet I must suggest a full-screen viewing option to be included in the next update... it would help a lot for those of us who have our macbooks on the floor while completing the exercises!
